PERMITS

Building permit applications are available through our Borough office at the cost of $50.00 each.  Please keep in mind, if you want to put anything on a property, the property must have a primary use structure.  Remember, we fund our schools with property taxes, building permits, and assessment permits, either permanent or temporary. 

The following are some projects that might require a building permit:

• Building a home
• Putting a mobile home or modular home on your property
• Shed
• Picnic shelter
• Garage 
• Swimming Pool
• Decks/Porches
• Additions to your home
