County General Real Estate Tax, County Debt Real Estate Tax, County BC3 Tax, Local General Real Estate Tax, Local Fire Tax, Local Per Capita Tax

• March 1 to April 30 - 2% Discount Period 
• May 1 to June 30- Face Period
• July 1 to December 31-10% Penalty Period
• March 1 to December 14, checks are the preferred method of payment.
• After December 15, cash is the only acceptable form of payment.
• After December 31, all Real Estate Taxes not paid are sent to a collection agency. The Tax Collector collects only the taxes due in the current year.
• Slippery Rock Area School District Real Estate Tax- Fall of 2024 more information to come

You may mail or drop off payments. If a receipt is desired, mail the entire Tax Bill, and include a self-addressed stamped envelope with your payment.

• Tax Certification - $20.00 ; Make check payable to Keri Raisley and send the request with a fax, email, or self-addressed stamped envelope to PO Box 486, Prospect, PA 16052.
• Duplicate Tax Card or Printed Receipt -$5.00 
• Mobile Home Tax Permit-$10.00
• Returned Check Fee - $35.00
